BeePro Cosmetics ("BeePro", "we", "us", "our") is a sole trader business trading as BeePro Cosmetics. You are contracting with us when you create an account, subscribe, or use our website and app (together, "the Service").

The Service is a personal beauty consultant: a live mirror camera with zoom, an on-demand skin scan that returns optional cosmetic observations, gentle skincare and makeup guidance, and a step-by-step cover plan. It is a cosmetic and beauty service only.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live.
• If you subscribe on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must keep your sign-in details confidential and are responsible for activity under your account.

The skin scan describes what it appears to see in your camera image and suggests general, cosmetic options. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not medical, dermatological or clinical advice.

Automated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It may suit some people and not others, and it is not suitable for regulated professional advice without oversight from a qualified professional. If something on your skin worries you, or persists, worsens or is painful, please speak to a GP or dermatologist before acting on anything the Service suggests.

Membership is £4.99 per month. Your card is charged the full amount upfront at checkout, then automatically renews each month on the same date until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charge is taken after that.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, which apply to every order alongside these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or to defraud, spam or deceive people;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with its security, or probe, scan, scrape or test it without permission;
• use it to create or spread illegal content, deepfakes of real people without their consent, hate speech, harassment, malware, or attempts to bypass its safety limits;
• reverse engineer it, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent its technical limits.

You are responsible for the images and text you provide, for how you use the output, for checking its accuracy, and for having the rights to anything you upload or capture.

You keep the rights to images you capture or upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to produce your result. We do not store your camera images or scan results — each image is analysed in memory and discarded immediately, and nothing is saved after you turn the camera off or leave the page.

We own the Service and everything in it — the software, design, branding, documentation and written guidance. Membership gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. We keep all rights we do not expressly grant.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter output, and suspend accounts where we reasonably consider it necessary to protect the Service or other users.

If you believe output or content infringes your rights, email hello@beeprocosmetics.com with what you own, where it appears and why. We investigate complaints and remove or restrict material where it is justified. Repeated infringement leads to suspension or termination.

We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and the camera may be unavailable while we update it.

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If your access ends, your subscription is cancelled going forwards and there is nothing of yours to return or delete, because we do not store your images or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits or excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability for claims arising from the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the six months before the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill.

You will cover us against claims from third parties that arise from your content, your unlawful use, or your breach of these terms.

• We may update these terms; we will tell you about material changes and continued use means you accept them.
• You may not transfer your agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or sale of our business.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes. You may also use the online dispute resolution route offered by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
